Facilities conform to the highest standards of hygiene. Operating and anesthesiology equipment is the latest and most modern available.

Makeover Brazil, LLC emphasizes the quality, safety, and security of the plastic surgery services it offers. All medical treatments are performed by licensed and accredited medical professionals. Makeover Brazil, LLC itself does not practice medicine or do any of the medical operations.

RISKS

Surgical Procedures are not without any risk. Regardless of how good a doctor or surgeon may be, complications can arise.

1. You are advised to provide all information required by the doctor during the preliminary consultations.
   
2. You are urged to ask as many questions as possible before choosing a procedure.
   
3. You will have further opportunity to discuss all your concerns during a personal consultation with your doctor prior to proceeding with any surgery.
   
4. Make sure that you and your doctor are fully in agreement as regards the intended outcome of your surgery.
   
5. Neither you nor your doctor are under any obligation to proceed with the intended surgery until a final mutual decision is taken at your pre-operative consultation.

It is hereby understood that all parties are equally responsible in taking steps to ensure that all risks and potential complications are reduced to the minimum and that you (the client) shall be making an "informed decision" of the surgery/procedure of your choice.

1. Makeover Brazil, LLC gives no guarantees that your procedure will not result in personal disappointment and shall not be in a position to give warranties for any surgical procedure whatsoever.
   
2. Makeover Brazil, LLC will not be responsible for any additional medical and other expenses incurred in the interests of your health and due to unforeseen complications.
   
3. If any dispute should arise, the surgeon may only be liable if litigation takes place in Brazil, under Brazilian Court of Law.
   
4. You shall agree to indemnify Makeover Brazil LLC, its management or staff from any liability in any way whatsoever for any dispute or grievance arising from any procedure or treatment that you have agreed to.
5. Any consultation containing an element of medical or surgical advice provided by any representative of Makeover Brazil, LLC or by way of our web site, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be validated by your own doctor.
   
6. Makeover Brazil, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for unforeseen changes in the confirmed schedule, made by the hospital or Surgeon. Nevertheless, Makeover Brazil, LLC shall strive to reschedule or if necessary change to an alternative facility or Surgeon of the same quality and standard, subject to the clients consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information received by Makeover Brazil, LLC from our clients and any information pertaining to services we provide to our clients shall be treated in the strictest confidence and as such they will never be seen by or distributed to any third parties without the client’s written consent.
Information divulged to our team i.e. to our doctors and medical staff are on a need-to-know basis only, and shall only be used for the purpose of facilitating consultation and treatments.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by users of Makeover Brazil, LLC shall create any warranty or other obligation not expressly stated in these conditions.
